  Beautiful apartment, very very clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. It is located in the Chamberi neighborhood, which is residential, but just steps from Alonso Canal metro stop and down
  the street from Iglesias stop, so very very easy to get around using the metro. Maria was extremely hospitable and very easy to communicate with. Will rent again! Thanks Maria!

  Another wonderful stay at Maria's apartment on c/Virtudes. The apartment is such a find --nearby to convenient metro stops and many good neighborhood restaurants (Taverna Madriles and Rincon del
  Alipo were my two favorites this time, each one of them five minutes' walk from the apartment). Although this is a residential area, access to downtown Madrid is extremely convenient --walkable,or
  quick rides by metro. There are also lots of theaters and museums nearby. Thank you, Maria!

  We stayed here for 4 nights. it is a great appartment with two nice light bedrooms. it is in a really good area with easy access to the metro anf local ammenities. i would highly recommend it.

  Nos hemos alojado en dos de los apartamentos ofertados en la zona. En ambos casos la experiencia ha sido genial. Apartamentos muy cómodos, con todos los servicios y bien ubicados.
  Pero lo mejor, lo mejor...la atención de María que hace que todo sea fácil y tengas ganas de volver!! Muy recomendable!!

  My husband and I loved staying at Maria's apartment. It is located in an active, but not touristy, neighborhood (Chamberi) and is not far from all the main attractions (via either a good walk or the
  metro). The apartment itself is great -- clean and pretty spacious, quiet at night. Maria was a wonderful host. She had many great suggestions for us for things to do and where to eat, etc. We would
  definitely return!

  the description. Also make sure you read the house rules - not all costs are included.

  Maria's Madrid apartment is in a wonderful location in the Chamberí neighborhood of Madrid...an area filled with restaurants and shops. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and the
  apartment is impeccably clean. If you have a car, there is parking under the building. Highly recommended!

  I found Maria 's apartment quite comfortable and enjoyed its location-- It is in a neat residential area and close to the metro, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Maria greeted me at the
  apartment and gave me some information on the apartment and the city. Madrid is a great city to visit and staying in this apartment sure made the experience even more enjoyable.

  t is an excellent place to stay .. everything is so near and you can easily walk. And maria is such a helpful !!
