Additional Costs

Cleaning Fee: 40€ to be paid at the check-in, for cleaning and professional laundry to ensure complete hygiene of the apartment.

Security deposit to be refundable at the end of the stay: 200€.

Arrivals after 21:00 have an additional 30€ charge.

These fees are paid in cash.

For rates for days, supplies (water, electricity, Internet ADSL) are included in the amount of income.
For monthly rates, supplies (water, electricity, Internet ADSL) are NOT included in the amount of income. The amount will be advised upon confirmation of the availability of the apartment.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Check in and Check out: flexible, subject to availability

Cancellation Policy: flexible. Full refund 1 day prior to arrival.

Once you arrive to Madrid and before heading to the apartment must call +34 656719827 to confirm your check-in time at least 55 minutes in advance:

üIf coming by plane, please call once you have landed so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment.

üIf coming by car or train, please call one hour before arrival.

In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200€ deposit will be requested, to be delivered in cash or by credit card with the key handover, and it will be refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions.

Remember that the cleaning services of 40€ will be paid in the check- in.

And that arrivals after 21:00 pm have an extra charge of 30€.

These charges must be paid in cash.
