The apartment is located on the 4rd floor of a renovated building with a capacity for 4 people. It's bright and quiet. There are two double rooms, one with queen size bed and the other with double bed. There is a nice and spacious living-dinning room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

And there is a public parking very close (5 minutes walking) which cost is 27€/day.

All in all, this apartment is a great choice to stay comfortably during your touristic visit or even business visit, for a weekend or a longer stay in Madrid.

Additional Costs: 40€ (to be paid at the check-in) for cleaning and professional laundry, ensuring complete hygiene of the apartment.
