Please read carefully the conditions for booking our apartments.
The total amount for booking the apartment will be paid as follows:
- During the online booking process the payment of 30% will be formalized by bank transfer to account number indicated.
- The remaining 70% will be given in cash in euros or by credit card on arrival to the apartment and the signing of the check-in contract.
The apartment is cleaned and equipped with linens, towels and cleaning supplies. If during your stay need of additional cleaning service, we offer it at 15 €/hour. In the case of requesting such service shall do it within 24 hours notice.
The entrance to the apartment shall be from 10:00 until 21:30. If you wish to enter the apartment after 21:30 pm must pay the additional cost of 30 €. If for any reason you need to enter before 10:00 am must inform us in your reservation request and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
Our staff will be waiting at the door of the apartment at the time of arrival indicated on the reservation to welcome you and also to:
- Showing the apartment. - Formalize the check-in contract- Instruct on use and operation of equipment in the apartment. - Answer any questions you may have. - Charge the amount due on the reservation. – Deliver a set of keys (1 complete set / 2 sets).
Please let us know your arrival time to the apartment through the reservation request via e-mail or telephone. In the case of failure to reach the apartment at the agreed time should contact us to prevent unnecessary delays by both parties.
The check-out of the apartment will be from 12:00 am to 13:00 am, so there is time enough for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next users. Must communicate to our staff the day before the departure the time of check-out. If you need to leave after 13:00 pm must inform us, and will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our staff will be at the apartment the day and time of departure agreed to proceed:
- Review equipment inventory, check that no damage is found and that the apartment is in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. -Return of keys. (Loss of the same 20€ charge).

During your stay in Madrid you will have a contact number to make any question or doubt that may arise about the apartment. If you detect any problems with the equipment or any deterioration, should immediately contact us to be able to solve the problem.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
It is strictly forbidden to use the apartment for a number of occupants higher than stated at time of booking, unless expressly authorized and, in that case, on payment of the increase of the agreed price (20 € extra person per day). In case of violation of this condition, Home@Madrid shall reserve the right to demand immediate exit of the apartment and the termination of the contract, without being able to claim compensation or compensation of any kind for the implementation of this measure.
All our apartments are decorated, furnished and equipped with all necessary equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the description of each apartment you will see a listing of available equipment. In each apartment you will find a complete set of cutlery, towels and sheets available.
Remember that you will enjoy your stay in Madrid integrated into a residential community of neighbors, so it is very important to respect the basic rules of coexistence that govern any community. In this regard, and to respect the rest of the neighbors,it is strictly forbidden to make noise (organization of parties, loud music, meetings in public spaces, etc.). Must respect especially the hours of rest between 22:00 and 09.00am. In each apartment you will find a reminder of the rules that must be followed during your stay. Any non-compliance of these rules will allow Home@Madrid to terminate the contract and require the exit of the apartment without any compensation to the customer.
It’s not allowed the entry of pets in our apartments. However, we recommend that you contact us and will try to give solution to accommodate your pet.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
In case of cancellation will be charged the following as a penalty:
- Less than 7 days before the date of arrival, 10% of the amount of the booking.
There will be no refunds if the customer voluntarily waives the service before completing their stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY:
In case that a property could not be occupied because of unforseen circumstances and not attributable to the company, Home@Madrid will provide the customer with alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without refund tby either party.
Home@Madrid is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by the use of the apartment or common areas of the building, including, without limitation, damages resulting from fire, theft or other criminal behavior. In case any incident arise during your accommodation please contact us and we will try to find a quick and satisfactory solution to your problem as soon as possible. HOME@MADRID is not responsible for the objects left in the apartment during your stay. It is absolutely forbidden to enter and accumulate inside tha apartments objects that are potentially harmful products, flammable, explosive, toxic or harmful to health. In case of breach of any of the above points, HOME @ MADRID reserves the right to cancel the contract hosting and ask you to leave the apartment without the right to claim or compensation. HOME @ MADRID also reserves the right to change the information published on the website at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs. HOME@MADRID is not responsible for unintentional errors that may appear on the website regarding the apartment description, photographs, qualities and prices.
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data ("LPD") we inform you that by filling in the booking process, your data will be included in the files company, so we can provide and offer our services. Also advised of the possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data being the company HOME@MADRIDthe data controller's.
